Clando has been married to his wife, Dorothy for over 64 years. In addition to that, he have been in full-time ministry for 40 years. It all started when he received his ministerial training at Berean School of the Bible in Costa Mesa, California. His first 12 years of ministry was with a Para-Church Ministry call Teen Challenge. There they housed young people dealing with substance abuse issues that still attacks the youth today. He later became the Director of San Diego Teen Challenge, where he served for 10 years. His first pastorate came in 1991 when he became the Pastor of Pacific Beach Assembly of God in California. He and his wife relocated to Stone Mountain, Georgia in 1998 with the idea of retiring. After serving as an elder of a local church for eight years, God called him back to the pastorate roll. He now serve as the Pastor of Word of Faith Church in Lilburn, Georgia.
Minister Cowans has devoted her life to God in true worship and desire to be used to motivate, inspire, and arouse the Body of Christ to worship God in Spirit and in Truth. She was ordained 01/01/01. She is an avid studier of the bible and is in fact, Pastor Brownlee's youngest daughter. Minister Cowans has been married for 26 years and she and her husband have 5 children. Minister Cowans can be heard every 2nd Sunday as she brings God's word.
Deedee has been with Word of Faith Church since it's inception. She began her duties at Word of Faith Church in 2019. She not only assists our Pastor, she is also responsible for our accounting as well.
